Remembering The Ultimate Sacrafice

Happy Memorial Day to all those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice to protect and preserve America. You will forever be remember in the hearts of Americans.

Tampa Tea Party : A Great Success

I recently joined thousands of Tampa citizens for the Tampa Tea Party at Gaslight Park in Downtown Tampa.

In short, Americans are coming together in Tea Parties all across the nation to protest out of control government spending. This spending is going to add to already high taxation of the  American people and cause various problems in the long run. I am pleased to be living in history as this movement seems to be a new revolution of sorts. I’ve posted pictures and videos for your viewing pleasure.

Working on Easter

So today I had the “privilege” of working on Easter. Being a Sunday I expected thing’s to be as slow as they usually are. Of course, I realized that wasn’t the case and that everyone and their mother decided Wal-Mart was the best place to spend their Easter.

Luckily, being busy helps the day go by quickly, but it also makes it more stressful since people will bitch about ANYTHING.

Pretty good day though, despite the whole working most of the day part. I am just happy I have a job!

Easter Seals To The Rescue!

Move over Easter bunny, there’s a new sheriff in town and they are the Navy Seals.

Much to my excitement, the United States Navy Seals came to the rescue of a fellow American; once again sending a message to the world about messing with the United States. The Seals apparently killed 3 of 4 pirates, leading to the rescue of Richard Philips (Captain), who was held captive for five days after being hijacked at sea.

While the Easter Bunny was delivering candy, the United States Navy delivered the good new’s to the family and friends of the captain.  I will forever consider the group of seals that carried out this mission “The Easter Seals”.

An Attempt At Real Change

Thought Speaker was once ground zero for my political obsessions. In short, I love politics and wanted to use it to blog about them. I quickly realized hundreds of thousands of more experienced blogger’s were already saying what I was saying. It simply felt like a waste of resources and talent.

I’m by no mean’s a Barack Obama when it comes to writing and speaking, but I do believe I have the skills and knowledge to actually do something worth doing in the political world. I quickly realized the best way to do this would be to organize a local political group (directly affiliated with the Florida GOP) that strongly followed the main values of the conservative party.

My main objective will be to organize and educate local voter’s. My hopes are that this will help fight the damage the liberal media is causing to our country by overwhelming bias and unfair character assassination. Of course, this is all on paper for the moment, but I truly hope to take it big places (locally at least). This is only the beginning of ideas. Much more will be involved and I should be rolling out an actual site within 3 months.  There will be a lot of learning on my part in the process, and hopefully learning from mistakes that may arise will help things get rolling.

We as American’s have been pushed around far to much. The time for action is now!

Shocked by Tokyo Zombie

Tokyo Zombie DVD

After a long day at work, I decided I’d relax and watch a movie.  After much debate, I decided to purchase a movie by the title of “Tokyo Zombie”. Reading the back of the DVD, as well as looking at trailers online, I wasn’t sure what to expect.  The movie is said to be similar to the comedy horror flick “Shaun Of The Dead”.

The first 15 minutes of the movie already had me in a somewhat shocked state of mind, especially when the first zombie make’s its appearance. The characters are pretty funny and are just like classic stooges. The actual story line itself seems to be a bit on the bland side and one could easily say there Isn’t much story at all.  This film is solely for laughs. In short, this movie is pretty messed up and in my opinion very well worth the $10 I paid for it.

Overall I’d give this movie a 3 of 5.

A nice movie to sit down to when you are just looking for a good laugh; then again it really depends on the sense of humor you have.
